Scabigard is administered to lambs and sheep through a dermal scratch inside the front leg or brisket with a Scabigard applicator. The scratch must form a scab or 'take' on the skin which can be visible within 10 days after administration and drops off after 3-4 weeks. Scabby mouth immunity will last a minimum of 12 months with continual protection with natural exposure.
